Trop cher pour ce qui est inclus
Publié le 21 juill. 2022 sur HotelsNous avons été très déçu.: pas de shampoing, pas de séchoir à cheveux, pas de kleenex, pas de micro-ondes, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Nous voyageons en moto très léger, nous avions besoin de ces choses là. Très décevant.

The property was run down, some rooms boarded up with plywood. The TV in the 1st room was broken, no toilet paper in the bathroom, no hangers, bandaid stuck on bath floor, no ice bucket, beds were hard, blankets dirty.
I instructed the clerk at check in not to run my credit card for payment until checkout because I wanted to use a different payment. She ran it anyway against my specific instruction & the day clerk would not correct it. I will be contacting my credit card company for a credit back.
The photos of the site on Travelocity did not accurately reflect the actual site. It also states it is located in Santa Rosa South, but it is in the North & a depressed location

I went to check in after a long trip, somehow foolishly expecting that I would have a room after reserving a room. What a fool I was. Despite confirming my reservation, I was informed that they just didn't have it in their system, they had overbooked and decided to cancel my reservation without telling me until I showed up at midnight trying to get some sleep. Thanks so much for the opportunity to wander around the sketchiest part of Santa Rosa trying to find a motel with an available room.

I am surprised Expedia allows this hotel as an option. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom, and one hanging from the light in the room. The white towels were discolored and there were brown spots on the bathroom sink. The bedspreads had stains. We checked in and checked out. I didn’t even want to put my suitcase down, the room was that dirty. On top of the filth, it is a hang out for homeless. There is a sign on the hotel door that says, please use the bolt lock for your safety. As an avid user of Expedia, I rely on their options. This hotel needs to be removed from the list of choices.

The place is a tweaker hotel. Loud, vagrants staying there. Very scary. The staff in all fairness was very nice!

Even if Radisson has taken over, it is still Motel 6 incl amenities. The sink water pressure was a little better than drips I had to use ice bucket to save & use water. Room is non-smoking but smell like smoked in. Bed is so saggy & bad for our senior backs. Room clerk said no other room available.

Drive up to the property and one of the buildings had fire damage and was boarded up. Booked a queen non-smoking room, got a room with a double bed and room smelled like an ashtray. Was able to get a different room which was slightly better, but bedsheet had a cigarette burn and pillows were flat. Back of bathroom door had been writing on it, they tried to scrub it off but you could still see it. Property is dirty and old.
