It is the 1st time that we stayed on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Stairs leading to the upstairs were dirty, not vacuumed. 2 people bedroom only one sink in the bathroom. One set of shampoo, conditioner for 2 people. Otherwise, the bed was very lumpy in room 216 by the window. I usually have no complaints so I am sure these little problems will be taken care of at my next visit. Staff very kind and helpful.

Nice room, very clean. Only annoyance was Lou’s workers in the hall all day talking really loud. Wish they had a pool.

Awful! How is this place still open?!

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When I walked up to the check-in desk, there was a frustrated employee talking to another employee. She looked at me, did not acknowledge me, then finished her conversation. When she was done, she asked me if I was checking in, and when I said yes, her reply was "Oh." Again no acknowledgment of what had just transpired. She checked me in and proceeded to wipe her sweaty face with a washcloth. I'm not sure if she was sick, or on drugs. She seemed to be breaking out in a rash. She then told me my room was on the second floor and there was no elevator)(?!). I needed to walk the long way down the hall because the light on the outside of the building with closer access was out and needed to be repaired. The carpets in the stairwell were dirty and didn't look like housekeeping ever vacuumed them. The halls smelt of popcorn and hot dogs. You can hear every conversation and TV show as you pass each room. My room was a connecting room and I could clearly hear the entire conversation and TV of the room next door. Once the old man went to sleep I could hear his snoring. I sleep with ear plugs, so I wasn't too concerned. I was awoken at 6:30 am by this couple next door speaking on their phone on speakerphone to someone and watching the news. It was so loud I could not believe this hotel is still in business. There is mold and water damage in the ceiling hallway. The complimentary breakfast was descent - better than many others.
