Great Place to start a family
Publié le 9 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayMy wife and I welcomed our first child into the world and rented this property for the baby's first 2 months of life. It was a wonderful house and neighborhood to do this. The house was exactly what we needed for a newborn, and a work from home setup. The Host was incredibly responsive as was their property managers and there was seamless communication between property managers, owner, and us as the guests. The response time was immediate. We had a few nit picky asks to get the house ready for a newborn (air purifiers, etc) and owner picked up at own expense. They wanted to make sure our baby was comfortable. The area is perfect driving distance to all the major wine and culinary experiences in the region as well as walking distance to mostly anything you need for day to day (Safeway, CVS, etc). We want to thank Larry and team for a wonderful experience and for being great hosts. We will remember our time in Santa Rosa very fondly.
