idéalement situé pour des personnes voulant profiter de soirées a Santander
Publié le 30 mars 2022 sur HomeAwayappartement idéal pour 2 personnes, très propre et fonctionnel situé a quelques pas du paséo maritime,commerces et pubs,deux petits problèmes a noter,le parking payant et des jeunes arrivés le week end dans l'appartemment d'a coté,peu soucieux du voisinage!

Perfect location, well equipped flat

Apartamento centrico Santander
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayEl apartamento es estupendo, muy acogedor, decorado con buen gusto, muy limpio,y super bien ubicado, en plena plaza del pombo, tienes cerca la playa,bares, restaurantes, panaderias, supermercado, tiendas, todo!, Luis siempre pendiente, responde en seguida los mensajes, Alvaro que fue quien nos entrego las llaves una persona super amable y simpatica, nos dio buenas recomendaciones de visita y de lugares para comer, la unica pega que podria poner al apartamento es que debajo tiene un bar que abre hasta altas horas de la noche, y si eres sensible a los ruidos como yo pues no podras descansar, aunque yo me compre unos tapones para los oidos y asunto arreglado.

Lovely apartment in a happening place

Right in a busy apartment, if you leave the bedroom windows open on weekend nights there will be the noise of people enjoying the night as the Spanish do. Closed, the windows are soundproof. This is the second time I have stayed with Luis and have a third reserved.

Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HomeAwayUna maravilla de apartamento, acogedor, coqueto, muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario. Y sobre todo, destacar la limpieza, estaba súper limpio.
Luis un hombre encantador, servicial y nos explicó lugares que visitar, playas y donde comer. Nos ha encantado, volveremos seguro. Un 10 de 10.

Nice apartment in central location
Publié le 2 août 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall stay was good. The apartment was clean, well equipped and well located. The thing I felt couldve been better were more toilet paper (4 rolls for an entire month stay was not nearly enough). We ran out relatively quickly, same with hand soap.
The location is close to everything. Just be aware it is in a huge party center so if you're a light sleeper that may be difficult. We knew that going in and didnt think it was so loud you couldnt sleep.
Biggest concern was AC. Couldnt get the apartment below 25°c which was warm for us so had to leave windows open most of the time.
Luis was extremely responsive and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern in the Old Town
Publié le 23 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayBeautiful apartment located in the heart of Old Town ! 4 balconies give you lots of sunlight with views of the quaint city streets. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to all the amazing sights Santander has to offer. Only downside there was a bar downstairs that became noisy late into the evening. But if you are there to party and stay up late you will love this apartment!
