Accessing the property with a gate from the street Avenue Belgica you find the house a few meters down and set back from the street level. Going through this gate throw a path with steps down into a levelled garden you find the main entrance to the House. This path ways also surround the villa where you find an extraordinary infinity pool. When you access the main door, you find a spacious hall with access to the beautiful lounge with dining area and kitchen. The majority of the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated in this level. You also find the stairs that lead you to the lower floor where the swimming pool is situated.

The lounge dining area has two comfortable sofas to relax watching television and a large round table that seats 6 persons. A nice detail is the little window which connects the lounge with the kitchen. This room is very bright and being front line, you always have a nice sea breeze. Large French windows lead you to the large terrace with a dining table, chairs and barbecue. Together with the stunning views you will spend many precious family moments here. The terrace is also accessible from the garden.

On the left of the lounge and dining area, you find a bedroom, a recently renovated bathroom providing walk in shower, sink and toilet, the fully equipped kitchen with a door to access the garden and next to the kitchen is the utility room with a WC.

On the right-hand side of the lounge and dining area there are three bedrooms. All these three bedrooms offer sea views. The pool and garden area are accessible from different parts of the house. The lower bedroom has direct access to this area. The Infinity Pool with spectacular views has the following sizes: Length 18.00 meters and maximum width 5.00 meters. Minimum depth 0.80 meters and maximum depth 1.60 meters.

The pool area is surrounded by terraces. The entire garden is gated and secure. The roof terrace can be reached by a staircase situated at the front door of the villa.
