Great comfortable option for the area!
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsNice confortable place to stay. Room was quiet, AC worked great, and bed was cozy and slept great. I would definitely stay there again. We were just 1 night mid-week and stayed on a room on the 2nd floor.

The front desk person he was very friendly and offered us a different room as there was only the two. However after spending some time in this room it smelled old and musty the room looked nothing like with the online picture showed this room is very old bedding towel so thin you could almost see through them and cockroaches

Let's just say that the global Microsoft outage on Friday July 19th stranded me in Houston until Sunday July 21st. I used the Expedia app to get the number to the hotel and called saying I was stranded and would be late and most likely Saturday. I checked Expedia's app and they stated that I could not cancel booking and would not be refunded. I contacted Expedia through the app and explained my situation. It took multiple hours and at least one of my reservations was cancelled with refund(thank you Alamo Rental cars) When we started to work on the hotel, the Expedia rep explained that the hotel had no management on site and to check back on Monday or 72 hours from our time on the app(Saturday afternoon after my 4th flight was cancelled) I was disconnected and could not get back through to Expedia. United never sent me any information on a flight to San Diego and I eventually booked a flight back to my home. This place refuses to refund me even the situation was completely out of my control. Expedia will not help at all and United told Expedia the rescheduled me with Delta airlines. I never received a phone call or reschedule through the United App or Expedia. Still have not received anything. Needless to say this place will never receive my business again and I would never stay at a Best Western. Unbelievable how the take advantage of a traveler stuck because of wonderfull Microsoft, United and a complete shutdown of air travel. Horrible policy and Expedia is a complete waste
