La chambre semblait proprecependant nous avons trouvé une coquerelle (cockroach) ds le rideau de douche le soir vers 22h. Nous avons avisé la direction le lendemain matin seulement car il était tard... ns n'avons eu aucun rabais ou autre compensation. On nous a dit qu'on aurait dû les aviser avant....bien déçu

I stayed at this property on October 22, 2024. I was with my wife and my 11 pound Emotional Therapy Support Dog (I've recently been diagnosed with PTSD). I was charged an additional $150.00 besides the $155.00 that I was charged for the room for my Support Dog because it apparently didn't meet management's criteria for a Therapy Support Animal.
My room had bugs in the bathroom and silverfish in the bath tub. The floor was dirty and apparently hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was a used tea bag left on the coffee maker. All of this at a cost of over $300.00 for 1 night.

The hotel is not pet friendly. No Pets Allowed is post on all of our online information, as well as several signs at the hotel itself & on the registration information at check in. The hotel happily accepts ADA REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMALS. Emotional support animals are not ADA Registered Service Animals. When the Management asked you about having a dog, you said you did not have a dog. Management informed you that it was witnessed you carrying the dog to your car, and then you said "Oh that is my emotional support animal". As stated before, we gladly accept ADA registered service animals, but not emotional support animals or pets, and this hotel policy is clearly posted. Management has notified maintenance & housekeeping of the issues you mention here with the room, so any necessary corrections can be handled.
