Hôtel bien entretenu mais un peu désuet par endroit. Lit très dur. ( si vous avez des problèmes de dos, vous aurez peut-être des inconforts)
Eau chaude et bonne pression.
Bel emplacement au bord du lac. Bon service et le resto est bon mais un peu cher si je compare avec les restaurants de la ville.
De manière générale nous avons eu un beau séjour.

It is such a beautiful property. It is like an estate with all kinds of flowers and plants. It is difficult to see such a beautiful place. The hotel room is little bearbone. But the surrounding property makes it a worthy stay.

The food at the restaurant was excellent both for breakfast and dinner.
Beautiful grounds. Pathways weave from hotel rooms, past the pool to the waterfront. We loved to spend time there as it was so peaceful. The only thing missing was comfortable chairs.
Very relaxing stay, we would be happy to return.

I have traveled to Atitlan before but never to Santiago. The hotel is located conveniently near the main port to catch public/private boat shuttles, and is near the bustling side of town. Santiago is predominately residential but has it share of restaurants and shopping that are run by Mayan business owners; something not often found in other towns. Santiago was definitely quieter then most Atitlan towns, and is safe.
