Stayed for nine days
Publié le 3 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything went well, the only problem we had was the fact that the downstairs neighbor kept complaining about our kids making too much noise even though we were gone all day. The host was very accommodating, very kind, very communicative. She listened to both sides of the story, and everything worked out in the end. Overall, I would recommend anyone stays here. We were also in a very central location, and were able to drive to a lot of places.

Publié le 18 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis apartment was very clean and fresh as soon as we walked in.The space was pretty large and with beds that were very comftorable.It also contains all of the necessities that someone would need.I would recommend this apartment to everybody.

Inapropiado para estancia
Publié le 25 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayEdificio nuevo pero con muchos defectos. Se lleno la habitación de agua por el AC y se me mojaron las maletas y mis ropa. El baño de la habitacion principal tambien se llena de agua y habia mucha humedad lo que provocó una crisis de asma a mi niña.
Si arreglan esos problemas sería un lugar favorable.

Nosotros quisimos enviar al tecnico del A/C a revisar el aire. La Sra. C no quizo que enviaran ni al tecnico ni a la persona de la limpieza. Despues de irse los invitados, la compania encendio el aire a una temperatura dentro de los parametros y le dio mantenimiento de rutina. Nosotros tuvimos que reemplazar una gabeta del refrigerador (que es nuevo) que estos invitados rompieron durante su estadia.

Spacious and comfortable
Publié le 23 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayI had a really nice time at Ylaris’s condo. The rooms were all very clean and everything felt very cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed and is very spacious. There’s also a lot of natural light which I enjoyed. I felt very safe and comfortable having security near and the elevator was also very convenient. Ylaris answered all of my questions and was helpful.

As perfect as it seemed!

The bed was very comfortable, the place was clean and in pristine condition, the communication with the host was easy and fast. The whole place made me feel at ease.
The views are breathtaking from every window.
I would reserve this place again to come back with family or friends.

Everything was more than what I expected

Ylaris was very accommodating and helpful, checking in on me to make sure everything was okay. The building is private and very secure and I felt very safe with security on the premises. I have only good things to say about my experience. Definitely enjoyed my time in Santiago.

Breath Taking Views & Clean Place

Coffee and tea making facilities, beautiful and breeze balcony, and a pleasant sitting room. Lovely host, easy to communicate, with wide knowledge of the Island and always willing to help & advise. A truly enjoyable stay and highly recommended! I'd love to visit again.
