I have been coming to this hotel for years, and have always found it to be right on point. When if there were any issues, the staff made every effort to accommodate and correct what was needed. All of the people at reservations, Alejandro at the bar makes everyone feel welcome. The girls at the pool bar ( Margareta, Maciel ) 2 excellent ladies maintain that busy bar in a very professional manner. The cleaning staff is definitely the BEST!! My recent stay was n the 5th floor, I was greeted with the warmest, biggest smile of Elizabeth, a great addition to your staff! All of these positive remarks, are the reasons why "The Grand Almirante" is my 1st choice.

Place was great , clean and all the staff is very friendly . The breakfast is really good and the restaurant for lunch is really good . I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I went for a quick weekend getaway with my husband. Everyone was professional and friendly. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. The hotel is close to everything shopping, restaurants etc. I will definitely be returning.
