Location was great and rooms were nice and clean. The service a bit slow when we need security to come to the room for our safe (waited 30 minutes) Also, the front desk check in was a bit rude . We had just arrived from California and she asked what time were we’re checking out. Welcome ? Breakfast was meh. Fruit was good, but the eggs looked like those prepared in the military, runny ( I should know, I use to have them). Options were small.

Everyone was very helpful from storing our bags after checkout to getting us a vehicle to the airport. Loved the outside seating for breakfast or just to relax

Good size rooms both with good AC. Excellent safe location with many good restaurants within walking distance. Staff friendly and any minor issues dealt with quickly Only drawback was lack of licensed bar.

It was okay. Seems like an old apartment building that is converted into a hotel. It was nice to have a room with two bedrooms, 2 full bath, and a small kitchen. What I didn't much care for was the front staff. They weren't very hospitable. Only the concierge was friendly and greeted us as we came and left. Other staff members would not even look at you, and if they did, they would not speak unless you said hello first. Breakfast was okay. They had black coffee and tea (espresso drinks cost extra), toast, pastries, eggs (always very runny), bacon (always greasy), sausages, orange juice, cereal bar, fresh fruit. It was a good assortment and decent. It was overall okay to good. Not sure I would pick this place again.

This is a nice property in Las Condes area of Santiago. It is very close to restaurant, a big shopping mall and metro station. We had a separate living room area and a small kitchen. The bedroom was spacious. Very good breakfast was provided and staff was helpful and friendly (we reserved two sightseeing trips through them and they helped with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants). Rooms could be updated.
