I will stay at this hotel again if i go back to Santiago. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especial Alejandro from front office. He made extra effort to help us resolved the issue with VAT at their restaurant. Matias and Felipe were so helpful giving suggestions and recommendations about places to eat and how to go around Santiago. The hotel staff really made us felt like home while we stayed there. Thank you all for all your services!

Good but could easily be better
Posted Jun. 13, 2024 on HotelsPros: Got upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Good breakfast buffet. Great location. Kettle as well as a coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and good bedding. Good housekeeping.
Cons: Made me wait until exactly 3pm before allowing me to check in. Bathroom was tiny. Power socket on the desk didn’t work. One of the two lifts was broken so getting back up to your room after breakfast took ages. Overly complicated lighting controls. Bit disappointing for a 5* hotel.

It's not really a 5 star property. The facilities are run down and quite old. The bed was comfortable and we did sleep well. But nothing about this hotel really screams 5 stars. The breakfast was not that good and it took over 45 minutes to check out and we almost missed our flight. Didn't hate the place, and it was nicely located in a safe neighborhood.
