My son and I were visiting my fiancee, who works at Sonion in this business park, and obtained 2 rooms last minute as her car broke down and commuting daily from the AirBnB we rented would have been problematic. We stayed at the Wyndham up the street last time, so had experience with the area and staying here came down to cost for the two rooms, which was much cheaper than the Wyndham. Overall a pleasant experience. Check-in was much easier than Wyndham. We were in our rooms within 10 minutes after arriving. The rooms are a bit 'dated', but for a high traffic business hotel more than suitable. One issue was the bath tub, which you almost needed a ladder to climb into. ;) But the cold and hot water worked without flaw. Air conditioning worked, lights worked, room had nice mini-bar/sink/fridge section with small water boiler and coffee/tea service, average LED TV. Bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Laundry service was cheap and quick turn around time although clothes kept coming back a bit damp so if planning on packing newly cleaned clothes, STESS they be fully dried, else you will need to hang in closet. Millie's, the small family owned restaurant located downstairs, served FANTASTIC food. A 'bit' more expensive than leaving the business park and eating at local vendors, but fantastic. Even my Filipina fiancee enjoyed the food and commented how good it was. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service. The hotel opened the breakfast area earlier when required, and also provided transportation to and from more remote areas when needed.

ausreichendes Hotel in einem mit Trike nicht zu erreichenden Industriegebiet An vielen Stellen sieht man den Willen ein Businesshotel zu sein, es mangelt aber an der Umsetzung. Ein gr0ßes Lob an die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

First of all I don't like to spread negativity. This place had friendly people , were very helpful and good service. The room was mediocre, and strangely enough the last night there we heard what sounded like someone in the ceiling area . The A/C was adjustable and worked great but had to be blowing air constantly. Also for about two days the smell of paint Varnish or something equivalent filled the hallways. Understandable they try to keep the place in good condition. Overall our stay was ok. The location and Restaurants were not as we had planned but it worked out for us anyway. Price for this place was a bit high for what it was in my opinion but its just that only an opinion. There were places within a reasonable distance to buy food or snacks or the SM mall or Walter Mart were also within a few kilometers away only a quick Jeepney ride away.. The place is located inside a fenced in industrial type area, not what I had expected . Again, I will say that the people there were very kind and willing to help out .
