Uma incrível bagunça num dia normal

O check-in levou uma hora e meia, mesmo com apenas cinco pessoas na nossa frente. Os dois atendentes estavam sobrecarregados, lidando com um processo lento e ainda resolvendo problemas operacionais (falta de toalha, travesseiro, elevador quebrado), que não tinham relação com o atendimento no balcão. Tudo desorganizado. O procedimento era arrastado: pegavam os documentos, iam até uma sala sem explicação, voltavam, faziam perguntas, acessavam um sistema que nem sabiam usar. Um caos. O check-out foi a mesma bagunça. Esperamos 40 minutos sem qualquer orientação. A fila era desorganizada, os hóspedes estavam confusos e ninguém informava os próximos passos. Se adotassem um sistema mais eficiente, como o da rede Budget, onde o pagamento do restaurante é feito no próprio restaurante, tudo seria mais ágil. Foi, sem dúvida, o pior atendimento de hotel que já vivi. No quarto, faltaram travesseiros e toalhas. Se cada funcionário estivesse focado na sua função, talvez o problema fosse menor. Mas onde estavam o gerente e o subgerente? Como não perceberam essa desordem em processos que são tão comuns em hotéis? Eu acredito muito que o olhar do dono ou do responsável faz toda a diferença para a equipe e para o resultado. Falta gestão! Falta organização! Falta experiência em observar de perto a experiência do cliente. Lamentável!

A minha sugestão é para mudarem o produto que passam no piso do , banheiro e do box ou mais cuidado no enxague, colocando mais água. Estavam os pisos perigosamente escorregadios. Tive que colocar um tapete de banheiro no piso do box para não cair ao tomar banho.
