Great holiday with kind staff

Rooms are clean but a bit "old".
The breakfast was ok, choices are very limieted : fruits are always the same, not enough fresh juices, bakery section was not delicious (except for pancakes and waffles), buns are suprisingly not good (in china !) Also not enough choice for drinks (tea, coffee and hot chocolate)
However the fish bar was excellent, the staff was really professional! And finally, it is a super great idea to know the name of the different trees that the hotel has in the garden !

Contre : - Prix des Restaurants: plus cher qu´à Pékin mais reste abordable
Emplacement : + Butterfly park trés sympa: possible à faire à pied depuis l´hôtel
+ île des singes
+ plage trés propre et possibilité de se ballader le Long
+ petit-dej complet

+ Restaurant au bord de la plage: hot pot délicieux

Publié le 6 août 2013 sur HotelsOn a été déçu d'avoir une chambre RDC vu parking, alors que le site hotels.com nous décrivait "vue eau"!!!!!!!!!! On S'attendait à avoir au moins la vue sur la piscine!!!!!!
Environnement et personnel accueillant. Resort propice au repos et aux familles. Cependant, les restaurant "surtout le buffet" sont chers (400¥/pers hors boissons).

Good location but needs some TLC
Publié le 21 sept. 2021 sur HotelsWe checked in and was given a room on the second floor but smoking was allowed on the floor but we were promised an uppgrade to a non smoking floor on the next day. Not really an upgrade only moving 2 floors up. The room was Ok but the breakfast area needs some TLC and staff knowledge of English was quite bad. The pool area which is quite big needs a complete renovation, a lot of things have been fixed by plastic padding. The food at the Japanese restaurant is good but you need to find the right waiter to fix the wine, the first night we got recomended a nice white from NZ and when we came back a few days later another waitress said they sold the last bottle so started looking for something else and a new waiter came and asked about the wine and he had another look and found another bottle. So you just need to find the right waiter. The Fish bar by the beach is nice for lunch and dinner and try the local shrimp ans fish. Also good service but sometime language challanges.
