In the name of all our hosts, I thank you very much for having selected The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort as your destination upon your travel to Hainan island.
It was an utmost pleasure having been at your service. We even more appreciate that you have taken some of your precious time to share your impressions with us.
We pride ourselves to offer the best service in the legacy of our legendary founder, J.J. Astor IV; yet it seems we have failed in many of the areas for which I sincerely apologize. This is not what our guests expect from a St. Regis and we also strive for a better service and facility quality as you have described.
