The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called Expedia, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought Expedia had my back.

Good location and the price is right
Posted Jan. 23, 2016 on HotelsGood location with free parking. The Parque das Aguas, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Good breakfast with fruits and typical cheese bread. The rooms are clean and everything works fine. You can use the swimming pools of the Metropole Hotel . The hotel is an old building, but not a big deal though. My concern is the noise due to my room was in front of the street. Summarising, the hotel has a good cost/benefit.

O hotel é muitíssimo bem localizado e tem estacionamento gratuito. Mas as instalações são bem antigas, escuras, iluminação branca nos quartos (nada aconchegante), ar condicionado barulhento e sem isolamento acústico.
Café estava bastante variado mas, num domingo o horário limite era 09:30. Achei cedo por ser fds.
Não foi ruim mas também não poderia classificar como uma estadia agradável. Vai depender do objetivo da viagem.
