Avis Holiday house, Santa Luzia, Pico, Azores

The house was comfortable. The gentleman living in the adjacent home was very gracious, helpful and welcoming. The house is as listed. It is a short walk to the ocean. The view of the volcano, Pico, is magnificent. The house is about 15 minutes driving from the airport, 15-20 minutes from a supermarket, and 20-25 minutes from the ferry in Magdalena. The interior lighting is not great, but everything else in the house was good. Although the house is quaint and rustic, it is clean, safe and appointed with all necessary amenities.
