Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe accommodations were just what we needed during this time to gather with family for funeral services for the matriarch of our family with no additional worries. e experienced air conditioning issues. Tod was readily available -by phone- to help us repair the problem, because no AC on Sapelo is extremely uncomfortable. We would recommend this property to future visitors.

Hey Erica., thank you for the nice review. I am so glad we were able to reset the AC over the phone to get the cooling back on. I had an AC tech check out the system right after your visit.

Sapelo feels like Home

— if you want gift shops and boutiques, go to St Simons.
We have stayed here a couple of times now, and absolutely love the tidal flat cottage. Tod met us at the ferry landing on the trip out, as always, he was very polite and courteous ( no surprise-his texts and phone calls prior to the stay were always polite, on point, and punctual.) The cottage was just as we remember from seven years ago- clean and orderly with everything we needed to enjoy an amazing family vacation (Once we figured out the dynamic of the coffee maker, and the fact that it did not have a decanter 😊). I honestly have zero negative feedback, there could have been nothing that would’ve made for a better stay.
