Poor customer service and extra charges.

The front desk clerk was rude and disrepectful. We only stayed here for the hot tub and they don't have one and we chose it because it was dog friendly and they charge more for pets. Pure disappointment.

I am so very sorry your stay didn't meet expectations. It is always our goal to create an experience beyond just an overnight stay. We do have a hot tub at our hotel. It is located with the indoor pool on the right side of the hotel. A pet fee is fairly common among pet friendly hotel. The idea is it helps us offset the additional time for cleaning that pet rooms always require. We want the next guest to have a fresh and clean experience. We hope you will return and we have an opportunity to delivery a better experience.
