Property was fantastic for the ice festival, just a little bit of a hassle in terms of distance

The breakfast was our favorite and had a good variety every morning. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on in Japan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again if back in the area.

Sorry but beakfast are almost the same and lesser choices

Great Value, convenience
Posted Jan. 20, 2024 on HotelsNice hotel close to airport. Free shuttle was advertised but description needs to specify that shuttle is only available reserved only and is for transport to the airport, not from airport to hotel. Breakfast was really good!

I wish the shuttle wasn’t full when we needed it
