It was a nice hotel. Staff was nice. It was incredibly clean. We did have to ask everyday for our room to be serviced for cleaning and to empty the trash. Other than that a perfect stay

Staff was super friendly and check it was a breeze. If I was just rating the staff, 5 stars all day long. The room was just ok. It had a funny chemical smell and felt damp. Not a South Alabama humidity damp, but the room felt swamp, even with the AC cranked. We only found 3 channels on the tv that you could actually watch. We only stayed one night, so wasn’t worth the hassle of asking for a different room. I’m sure that wouldn’t have been an issue, had we asked.

I booked a room and drove to the hotel only to find that there was no room available. I had a confirmation number that said no need to call and confirm availability. Complete garbage...
