Place was clean and beds comfortable. Although it needs renovations inside and outside.

Thank you. Since purchasing the property we have done a lot of the major structural repairs that the property needed. Now we are hoping to start on the interior and exterior updates. Our goal in the interim is to provide clean and affordable accommodations with great customer service.

Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure and water temperature. Difficult to find something on the television to watch - all sorts of configurations to address. It worked the first night, but not the second.

Hi Lauren, thank you for your feedback. I am dismayed to see that you had issues with the tv. I would have been happy to assist if I had been made aware. Our tv's are smart tv's and we provide Hulu premium for live tv streaming. Some people do log us out of it to user their own account but if that ever happens it is very simple to get you logged back into ours. We have downloaded all sorts of other streaming services for people to enjoy their accounts while at our property. I do wish I had been alerted as I would have been happy to assist you during your stay. I am happy to see everything else was to your liking and we do hope you will visit us again.

Clean and quiet, but bare bones. Renovated strip motel with minimal aesthetic appeal and amenities. Too expensive for what you get.

Hi John, Thank you for your review. I did reach out to you personally regarding your review but wish to address it here as well. We are in the process of renovation but in the meantime our goal is to provide clean and comfortable accommodations, Our in room amenities include high end bath products, a wide selection of coffee and tea kcups, as well as the hulu premium package for guests to enjoy. The property itself has bbq grills, 2 fire pits, kayaks and electric bikes for guests usage as well as a guest lounge for those who wish to chill in front of a fireplace. As for pricing, as I stated in my message we have no control over what online sites charge for us, that is something you need to address with them.

The property was very close to downtown Saranac Lake and the ADK Rail Trail. Plus right across the street from Lake Flower and only abotut 8miles to Lake Placid. It wasn't fancy, but was clean, comfortable, one floor and served our purpose perfectly! Check in was a breeze. We will be definitely be back to stay and bike the Rail Trail again.
