Perfect Adirondacks stay
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time staying at the nook. Kevin and Mary were gracious hosts, had plenty of information about things to do nearby, and checked in with us occasionally without being overbearing.
The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. It was cozy and comfortable.
Not sure we'll ever get to this part of the US again, but if so I would gladly stay here a second time.

IMMACULATE, LARGE APARTMENT

The apartment was spacious and meticulously kept. I was looking for a place near the heart of town and not in the woods. This apartment was ideal!

Like you we too enjoy lodging in the villages we visit. It's convenient then for gathering provisions we need, going out to dine or for entertainment. So we are glad our Village Nook suited you. We pride ourselves in providing a 'clean and comfy' place to rest.

Great space and location in Saranac

The location is central for beautiful hikes for all abilities and fantastic lakes, ponds and rivers. The town is walking distance to get to great places for breakfast, dinners and pub food. The house is very clean and well equipped, with much more than we ever use. Mary and Kevin are great hosts and are very helpful, even with ideas for hiking and paddling trips. Great time in the Adirondacks and a great place to stay for the week.

Wonderful Kevin so glad you returned to our place and for a longer respite, plus this time taking advantage of our spacious apartment. Next time consider bringing or renting bicycles to enjoy the new Adirondack Rail Trail right behind our house - it's amazing! Come again any season!

What a cozy, lovely place to stay!
Publié le 10 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Nook is a real gem in Saranac Lake! My wife & I could have just stayed inside the entire time, it's that cozy! Mary & Kevin are the most friendly, hospitable hosts, ready to answer any questions, give recommendations of things to do, places to eat.
We were more than thrilled to stay there, and we will be back!!
