I made a reservation in February and when I get to the hotel they told me that they didn't have any reservation in my name, that they don't work with Expedia site and they asked me for much more money for the room. Suddenly I was in a foreign country without a place to sleep whit my children and parents... Horrible experience.

Resan var betald i förväg men när vi kom fram ville han tredubbla priset. Bokade ett halvår i förväg och ville ej gå med på detta. Slutade med att vi tog ett annat hotell och fick tack o lov igen pengarna från hotels.com

This hotel was a convenient location. It was clean and generally tidy. We used the family room on the top floor which also provided a large balcony with sea views. We booked the space as it indicated it had two King size beds which it didn't...it was a double with a single in one room and a double and single bunk bed in the second room. However with our family of five, this was fine. While at a more busy time, parking would be a concern, we were in Sarande at low season. The manager was helpful and guided us for some facilities in the town.
