Comfortable for a family
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy or not. It was a good location since it was by the pool. The baseboards in the room were disgusting but everything else seems pretty clean. The room does not offer room service so you have to be careful with towel usage and you will run out of toilet paper so make sure to pick some up. You have access to free coffee and water bottle filling in the lobby but breakfast is not included with this bunk bed unit. There were two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a rack with hangers in the room which made it nice to dry towels and wet swimwear. I would have liked to have a fan or sound machine in the room to drown out the noise of the air conditioner and the airplanes that continually are flying overhead all night long. The staff around the pool was friendly and they did a pretty good job of keeping it clean and organized. They have cornhole by the pool and couches. This was an honest review and if none of those things bother you and the perks sound good, I would stay!

Long weekend

Overall stay was good, the room needed a dehumidifier as the air conditioner made everything inside the room very damp (i.e sheets and bedding)

Easy enough
Publié le 2 avr. 2023 sur HomeAway1st time using VRBO and getting a hotel room as the property. All in all it was as listed. Easy enough to get to and get in. My one and only complaint is the door sweep on both sides was bent and not sealing. The room smelled musty and damp because of it.

Sarasota working vacation

Nicely Decorated

We did not realize that the unit was not on the marina but a room at the Ramada inn by Wyndham facing the extremely busy noisy roadway. Also it was so close to the airport that it felt like the planes were landing on the building. The unit was decorated so nicely warm and comfortable, however, whoever was cleaning the unit was not doing a thorough job. I brought this to the hosts attention and I'm sure it will be taken care of.

Thank you for this review. The Ramada cleaning team consistently does a fine job cleaning but sometimes things do get missed. A simple phone call to the front desk and housekeeping will come back immediately. Airplanes do fly overhead every so often which makes this hotel so unique.
