Our first night was great, but the stay quickly went downhill. On the second night, I got trapped in the elevator with my daughter and two service dogs for 1.5 hours. The staff delayed calling 911, and we were only rescued when the fire department arrived. The front desk was kind, offering snacks and compensating our stay. However, things worsened when Wendy, a staff member, falsely accused my husband of not paying for a third night, charged $150 without explanation, and canceled our reservation. Wendy also blamed our service dogs for ants in our room and sent a maid to startle the dogs. While I was out, Wendy threatened my minor daughter to vacate the room, which was completely inappropriate. When I returned, I overheard Wendy and Ana, the manager, speaking unprofessionally about us. Ana then canceled our reservation and told us to leave. This stay was a nightmare, and we are deeply disappointed in how everything was handled.
