4-Plex Apartment "B" (first floor, southern sunny end unit, post storms restored / all new interior-undated pictures coming soon) is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf of Mexico and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of the top rated Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Bay, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf (of Mexico) drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large all stainless grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your apartment window...

Beach trip
The location was nice only you cant see the beach from the room like the pictures show. I thought i would be able to walk out the front door and see the beach thats one reason why I booked this location. Also all the equipment is old and frail. Ripping apart from the sun. It raind and we were on the back patio and wanted to put the umbrella cover for the table but it was broken so we had no protection fprotection from the rain. . But it was ok for the price i guess.

Perfect Beach Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for daily visits. The condo had everything you would need for a beach day: a small cooler, a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of towels. Communication with Mike was excellent- he was always quick to respond and very helpful, especially when we had a minor issue that was resolved promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would stay there again.

Well needed vacation
We had not been away for many months, so this trip was well needed. The apartment was cute and had all the amenities. The one picture that shows the beach directly across the street was misleading, as there was a valet parking lot across the street and to get to the beach we had to walk to the corner, wait for the crosswalk signal, cross the street and walk a couple hundred feet to the beach access. I feel this should be mentioned. There was a beach wagon for use, but we opted to carry our beach gear. Overall it was a nice, clean and comfortable stay.

This clean and well appointed unit was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella and plenty of towels. Holiday Get-away
This was my second time in Anna Maria and my husband’s first time. Mike’s place was in a great location at the corner right as you cross the Cortez bridge. We stayed for a week and the space was totally fine for that two of us but it would be a little cramped for our liking had there been anyone else only because the living quarters is fairly small. The bedroom is spacious with a TV and lots of closet and dresser space. Mike had tons of hangers which was a nice change from most Vrbo places we have stayed in. The linens were great as was the bed…very comfortable. This place was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. He really had thought of everything. We actually got to meet Mike which was great. He shared a lot of the history of the island and fun spots to visit. We would highly recommend booking with him. We will be back!

Great place for 2 people. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is for new beach chairs, my husband and I are in our 50’s so it was hard getting in and out of the chairs, lol. Plus they have some age on them. But location was perfect. I would also suggest that if you are going to just stay on the island, instead of renting a car rent a golf cart. And you can Uber anywhere off the island. There’s a free trolley that takes you all over the island. Perfect location for the island. Thank you we had a great time

Clean, beautiful and so many truly thoughtful extras...
We were SO impressed with our stay! We needed a spot last minute and Mike was very friendly and quick to respond, making it possible to have everything work. The apartment is even prettier than the pictures give it credit for. Everything was sparkling clean and there were so many truly thoughtful touches (two bottles of water chilling in the fridge, a beach wagon with two chairs ready to go and an ice cube scoop in the freezer just as a few examples). We were wondering if the road noise would be a problem, but it truly wasn't! We slept soundly and never heard anything. The beach is literally across the street and it's just beautiful.The apartment truly had everything we needed and it was a delightful place to stay. We would stay here again without hesitation.
