There was a bug crawling on the bed. They were nice and changed our room and did give us some discount. We asked to get info on what kind of bug(as we gave it to them) but they did not get back to us

the one negative i have about the stay is the maids never cleaned the room or left clean towels. I stayed for 2 nights

Elevators didn't work. There were tiny bugs on the wall around my night stand.
