Not So Great Experience
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk staff were not friendly. They did not explain anything (breakfast, pool, etc.) until I asked. The entire building needs an upgrade. It wasnt as clean as other Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at. There was hair on the biscuits at breakfast. The hotel staff i notified pretended not to speak English. I am a fan of the Holiday Inn Express brand but will not stay at this location again.
