Best VRBO stay thus far!
This was one of the best VRBO condos we have stayed at! The condo was clean, spacious, and exceptionally well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having our kids at IMG Academy, the washer and dryer were incredibly helpful for keeping up with laundry. Ervin checked in on us during our stay, which we truly appreciated. The condo's central location was perfect, and we even walked to nearby supermarkets like Publix and Aldi. The heated pools and jacuzzis on the property were a highlight for our family. We definitely plan on staying here again the next time we visit the area!

Very nice condo
We loved the layout, cleanliness, and layout of the condo. Beds were comfortable and access to pool was great. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. Our only real concern was lack of towels. There was only one towel each,no beach towels,and 2 hand towels for 6 days. We would have done laundry but the dryer was definitely not working. It made everything hot but never dried it. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

Newly renovated condo, central location
Clean, quiet, appeared to be newly decorated and very tasteful. Central location 15 min drive to beaches or Robinson preserve-which we really enjoyed, it’s a beautiful place to kayak, bike or walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment close to everything
We had an excellent stay in this beautifully updated apartment. Only thing really missing from the apartment were beach towels for use by guests. We spent most of our days on nearby Anna Maria island but being so close to all the restaurants and stores was a big plus. We enjoyed bbqs by the pool most evenings and the entire property never felt too crowded, even when the holiday weekend arrived. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a family celebration -mom, dad, adult son & DIL The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen had basic amenities and nice appliances. It was too hot to enjoy the screen porch and we never made it to the pool. 😞 Easy check in/out. I would consider staying again.

Overall OK
While the property itself was ok, the cleanliness could have been better. The sinks in the master bath did not drain unless you took the plunger off. Some pots and pans were put away with food on them and the grates in the oven did as well. The washer has a strong musty smell. The property owner tried to remedy it, but I think the smell is on the seal of the washer which was not cleaned when he came to look at it. The dryer kept overheating and you had to leave the door open to let it cool down and that took over an hour. The air return vent was covered with dust and looked like it hadnt been wiped down for a while Other than these issues, we enjoyed our time there.

The communication was stellar with Ervin. A beautiful condo that we very much enjoyed. Below are some areas that could use improvement for next time. - Floors were dirty - feet were filthy every time we walked on them with shoes. - Can opener did not work - Washing machine smelled like mildew - Large tree branch right in front of rear screened in porch that blocks view - Table and chairs on the front porch are not clean enough to sit on. - Not your fault, but the pond/lagoon was overgrown with algae - not visually appealing. Thanks again for the awesome place to stay!

Great Location
This condo is in a beautiful complex, close to everything but still very quiet and serene. The two pools were absolutely amazing. They were warm and open for long hours. My favorite place in the condo was the screened in porch overlooking a pond with turtles and ducks.
