Fantastic location with terrific view of the ocean. Well furnished with a well equipped kitchen. Too bad the kitchen sink garbage disposal didn’t work, there were no wardrobe closets, & the toilet in the first bedroom kept running if the handle wasn’t giggled a few times.

Dirtiest place we've stayed on the Island
We visit Ana Maria/Long Boat Key maybe once every other year and this place was probably the most outdated and disgusting place I have stayed in. When you don't even feel like you can eat or walk around in the place... I was so embarrassed to have VRBO'd the place for our friends staying with us. Also... don't think you have access to any bicycles... they tell you that's NOT what this new owner offers even tho it's on the website. And the pull out couch is NOT in a bedroom... it's out where everybody hangs out... so don't plan on sleeping in. And they don't tell you but the master bedroom is straight thru the hallway of the other bedroom. So you feel like you have zero privacy in any of the rooms. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

Short stay was average
We stayed at The Beach for just 3 days. It worked out fine there were a few things that were disappointing. The main thing was the sleeper sofa was horrible. My 21 year old son had to sleep horizontally on the bed, it did not even lay flat. I would not consider it sleepable. A couple of other things were moldy shower curtain in one bathroom and the other bathroom curtain rod was broken. There was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were 8 of us that stayed there. Also when we were checking out we had to empty garbages, strip the beds, load the dishwasher etc. I am sure there are cleaning fees included in our payment so why did we have to do any cleaning? The great things were the location - right on the beach and close to everything we needed on Longboat Key.

Cold weather challenges
We had a drastic cold weather snap. It was hard to regulate the temperature. Having a 18 month old and a 3 year old in this situation was stressful. I would recommend adult or older children rental for this property if weather is an issue.

Great location!
Set up of the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms seemed a bit odd at first but each space had its own entry making it very unique. We saw dolphins every morning, afternoon, and evening with the beach literally just beyond the pool area. I would recommend and stay again.

We were so pleased with the gulf front unit we rented. Beautiful views of the water. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths accommodated us perfectly. Sue in the office greeted us with a warm smile every time we saw her. We’ll be back again!

AMAZING LOCATION AND VIEW!
This property was perfect for our family! The adults and children had plenty of room and privacy plus the BEST view of the pool and beach! Location was also perfect, close to St. Armands Circle, Bradenton, and Anna Maria Island. We absolutely loved every part of our experience here in Longboat Key!

Very nice location central to a lot to do!
It was a good property. The parking is very limited which doesn't come into play until you come back and find 5 or 6 cars in spaces with no passes displayed on their dash and you have no place to park. That can be frustrating. We didn't have access to the beautiful beach for most of the trip but that is not the fault of the property. It was just dumb luck. The beach was being restored and we had equipment on it for most of the week.

It was a well equipped condo with all the things we needed. Located Right on the beach with chairs & umbrellas available for guests to use during their stay. It is located 1 mile from a Publix grocery store. Free onsite parking (for 1 vehicle) was great!
