Host was very responsive and willing to let us check in early if needed, letting us know as soon as the room was ready. Place was very clean and exactly what we expected. Short walk to town for dinner. Simple instructions given for check in and cleaning to leave. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Convenient home base
This nicely decorated studio apartment offered a great location for our several days of attending the races. Having a place to park our car off the street was especially appreciated. We felt extremely safe in this quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive.

A perfect place to stay in Saratoga Springs!
The walk into the town was an easy one and it was so nice not to have to worry about parking. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pictures are very accurate and everything was as expected. The only slight issue was that there were no glasses in the cupboard, but we made do with coffee mugs!

Close to downtown in quiet neighborhood
The apartment is really a studio apt, but plenty of room for two people. Very clean, all systems worked just fine, with no issues. We walked into downtown for dinner, and through the neighborhood to see some of the large homes in the area. The racetrack is a little more than a walk, but a direct route from the house to track is very easy.

Host was very communicative and helpful. Check in was simple, property was a great location and very clean. The bed is a Murphy bed, as indicated, but with a folding mattress - not super comfortable and kept sliding off the bed frame, but workable.
