Posted Aug. 19, 2024 on HomeAwayEverything was excellent except the mattress which is terrible and needs to be replaced with a real mattress and box spring. The current item seems more like a futon pad.

Hi Jonathan, we’re glad to hear that most aspects of your stay were excellent, though we’re sorry to learn that the mattress didn’t meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-The mattress was chosen to accommodate a range of preferences, but we understand that comfort can be subjective.-The loft is equipped with a second bed that features a Tempur-Pedic mattress, and we would have been happy to make that available if we had known there was an issue. Since we weren’t informed until after your stay, we weren’t able to address it during your visit.-We’ve received positive feedback from other guests, but we appreciate your insight as it helps us continue to improve.Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

Property was exactly as described. Liked the private keyless entry and dedicated parking space - instructions were clear and made it easy to manage our stay. Great proximity to SPAC. Would definitely stay here again.

The rental “The Loft” was perfectly decorated, clean, and cozy. We really appreciated all the little things the owners did to make us feel welcome. We’d love to stay there again on our next trip back to Saratoga.
