One of the best views in Playas del Coco, if not the best! It is so beautiful that you will not want to leave...

Short drive from Liberia Airport (20 min).

This single floor house is fully equipped, located at the top of a mountain at Isabella gated community, 10 minute walk to the beach on Playas del Coco.

Major grocery stores, restaurants and stores nearby.

Perfect for couples, families or remote workers. Enjoy a concert of birds and monkeys every dusk and dawn, spectacular sunsets views of Playas del Coco. Close to nature, but not far away from commodities!

This is a single story house that has it all: modern amenities, a private quiet location, and proximity to all that Playas del Coco has to offer.

All the rooms in the house have magnificent ocean views.

The kitchen is right next to the living and dining rooms and there is a half bathroom in that area.

The infinity pool which is of exclusive use of this house's guests, is in front of the open terrace, that has a complete view of Playas del Coco.

The BBQ area (gas and charcoal) is next to the pool. There are 4 lounge chairs near the pool and also outdoor furniture with seating for 8 people.

The master bedroom and the second bedroom have its own terrace, seating for 2 people and independent access. Each of the bedrooms has a full bathroom, closet with hangers and its own air conditioning and remote.

Guests will have access to the entire house, excluding the garage. Even though guests will not have access to the garage, there is room for 3 cars inside the property, so if you are driving, parking will not be an issue.

The kitchen is very well equipped (large refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, blender, rice cooker, toaster, small oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and with dishes, pans, etc.) with all utensils for any guest who is planning to cook during their stay. Basic cooking oil, salt and pepper are also available.

The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer and are of exclusive use of house guests. Fiber Optic Internet access, WiFi and Cable TV are included in the rental.

There is also a safe to keep your valuables.

We provide towels, beach towels, beach chairs and clean sheets.

The infinity pool is of exclusive use of this house guests (no-one else will use the pool during your stay).

Guests will enjoy a private stay without having to share space with owners or other renters.

The house is located inside a safe gated community called Isabella. It is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. The property is very private, duly fenced and has an electric gate that you may operate with a remote control.

If you are arriving by airplane and land at Liberia International Airport, it is a 20 minute drive to the house. A shuttle may drive you to the house at Playas del Coco, for about $40.

The public bus stop to go to Liberia (closest biggest city) or San José (capital city of Costa Rica) is located 5 minutes away from the main entrance to Isabella.

The house is located on the top of a mountain and it is a short walk from the beach (about 600 meters). Walking uphill may be hard for some people. If you are not driving a car and you don't want to walk uphill, a taxi could take you uphill for about $2.

The house has 2 beautiful bedrooms and each has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has access to the house through a breezeway on the back of the house, it does not have a connecting door to the Master Bedroom.

9 days in Playas del Coco
The pool and the view are THE reasons for coming to this property -- absolutely amazing. The property host was great throughout the booking, prep for travel, arrival and during our stay. She helped during a power outage and helped find a taxi cab for an adventure to Hermosa one day. She also found us the golf cart that we rented all week, and the transportation to/from the Liberia airport. If you want to go to the Guanacaste coast and are looking for an authentic, away-from-resort experience, this property is ... hands down ... the best you will find and the price is ideal. Would book again without hesitation.

WONDERFUL home and location!
We stayed the first few days of our time in Costa Rica. The house was wonderful - with everything necessary to enjoy meals, beach time, cook outs, pool time, and even bird watching! The view was phenomenal. The pool provided an excellent (and relaxing) view of the city of Coco Beach, as well as the ocean. Communication was OUTSTANDING. We loved every moment of our stay in this slice of paradise. The home is on a very private lot with an amazing view of Coco and the beach. Getting around is an easy walk down the hill to all that Coco has to offer. As noted in other reviews, getting back up the hill is a bit of a hike for anyone carrying much of anything or anyone not too fond of hills. We were more than happy for the exercise most days even when carrying our groceries. Taxi folks were happy to bring us up the hill for about $4 any time we wanted/needed a break from the hill. The home itself was perfect! While we ventured out most days to explore and eat, we also enjoyed several very quiet days not going anywhere. Because of its location, the home and area are very quiet which is perfect for anyone looking to really get away from everything. The property is nicely landscaped and there are plenty of birds, iguanas, and other wildlife that kept us entertained. There are lots of shady spots for shade lovers and the pool area provides lots of opportunity for sun-lovers to get their fill. Located on the top of the hill, the breeze kept the flies and humidity to a minimum. (had family staying in a different place in Coco that noted the difference) The furniture was very comfortable, indoors and out, with lots of places to relax and enjoy. Our host was amazing, extremely responsive and accommodating any time we reached out. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely make this our Coco home next time!

Amazing Views and Sunsets
We loved staying at this property, and we highly recommend it. We were blown away by the infinity pool with an ocean view. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the sunsets for which this property is known. One of the best features of this rental property is its proximity to the beach, It was just a 10-minute walk. The convenience of being within walking distance is a great option. Privacy was also a major plus of this property. It is also gated and gave us a sense of security and seclusion. We felt like we had our own little piece of paradise. Another standout aspect of our stay was the VERY responsive property owner. Our questions or concerns were promptly addressed, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The owner truly cared about ensuring us a positive experience. Overall, our experience at this property was nothing short of exceptional. The infinity pool with an ocean view, beautiful sunsets, walking distance to the beach, privacy, and gated property all contributed to our great experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Our return to Costa Rica it felt like home and did not disappoint!! We fell in love last January and we returned October for our 30th anniversary! We also plan to return in February. We rented a golf cart this time and that was very nice to have. The view is the best in Coco! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed! Convenience of onsite laundry is great too! Idyllic property with amazing view
Jeannyna's property is absolutely wonderful. It sits atop a small hill and offers a stunning view of Coco and the bay. Some of the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen. Property is fully protected by a gate and fencing with an evening security guard patrolling the area. That being said, we NEVER felt unsafe even walking into town. The pool is cleaned regularly and is where we spent most of our time when on the property. We pretty much lived in our swimsuits. Bedrooms are air conditioned and beds are quite comfortable. We had no trouble sleeping. However, if you are bothered by nightime noises the geckos like to chirp through the night and could keep you awake so earplugs might be helpful. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prep meals. The outdoor bbq is a wonderful touch and there is plenty of seating in and outdoors. Three grocery stores and multiple restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away. The restaurants offer numerous styles of local and international options. If you scuba dive or snorkle you must schedule it in your trip. Scott with Sirenas diving is a prime choice. His crew was stellar and made us all feel safe. Ocotal beach is a quick 5 minute drive south and offers SUPERB snorkling. Communicating with Jeannyna was easy and helpful. She can connect you with anything you may need. We could go on and on but just know, if you book Jeannyna's home you will not be dissapointed!! We will be back!

Perfect place to relax
This was my first time i Costa Rica and had to get a place with a view. This place has a multi million dollar view. The check in was seamless as was our entire stay. The pool and the outdoor space was just fantastic. If your into bird watching you wont need binoculars they will be within plain sight just a few yards away. We were fortunate to catch some dorado while on a charter fishing trip so the outdoor grill was awesome. Restaurants and groceries are within walking distance as is the entire town.

The pictures do not make it justice. Pool is bigger than it looks in pictures. We really enjoy our stay, everything went smooth and worked well. Jeannina was super nice even shared the list of her preferred restaurants. Very convenient laundry room. The house is close to everything but it is very private and secluded. Outstanding.
Right from the moment we arrived, we were in love with the property, its location and the degree of communication with the host. A two-week stay had us longing for more time in this beautiful community and enjoying this lovely casa. Easy walk into town (and yes - there is a hill, but that makes for good exercise)! Everything is close at hand for food, drink and any area tours. The location is also very secure, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful view from every rooms and from the pool...
My husband and I (73 and 66) stayed four weeks at this wonderful villa. It was our third times in Coco but the first time at Jeannina’s Isabella $6. We wanted a house without stairs, with a view of the bay and close to Coco’s center and I have to say that our wish was fulfilled. The view from the house and from the pool is so beautiful, I could look at it all day… The infinity pool was wonderful as well: good size, perfect temperature and well maintained (twice a week). We rented a car for the length of our stay but we also wanted to be close to everything to limit our need for travel. We never had to go far for eating out, grocery shopping or pharmacy. Communication with the owner was great from the beginning to the end of our stay. Jeannina always wanted everything to be perfect for our stay. We felt very secure and we were very comfortable. The kitchen AC is new and will keep you wonderfully cool. We want to go back next year but we have not decided when exactly. This is a wonderful place to stay in Coco and you should not hesitate to book this villa. You will not regret it.

Best view around!
Excellent host that is very professional and helpful if needed. This home is at the top of a hill with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. It is very comfortable although the outdoor furniture is due for a change. We have stayed at 5 different homes in Costa Rica and if Coco is your preferance then this is a great choice. Would have rated it a 5 but a couple of things out of the owners control caused a few disappointing moments. You will need a car or gas golfcart to travel around unless you are quite fit to walk up the hill. We stayed two weeks and overall had a terrific relaxing time visiting different beaches and hanging out by the pool. Incredible sunsets as well!

Beautiful property with fantastic ocean view!
My wife and I stayed at this beautiful property for the last few days of our two week vacation. What a fantastic property! We can't say enough about our experience in Playa del Coco and the relaxing time we spent here! The house itself was exactly as described however the pictures don't do justice to the view from the pool! The location was great as well. We walked down to the beach every day and relaxed at some beach side bars, Bambu was our favorite. The walk back to the property was a bit of a challenge as the road in is steep, but a great little workout. The property owner Jeannyna was a pleasure to deal with and was always quick to reply to any question we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some quality time in Coco!

This place is a must stay if you’re in the area. The pictures don’t even show how amazing the view is from this house. It’s on a hill overlooking the entire area! It’s close to everything local, and the property owner is SO great to work with. She sent messages every step of the way and even sent two pages worth of restaurant recommendations. She gave us tips on a diving shop and grocery stores. We only regret that we couldn’t stay longer! The house is very comfortable and had all that we needed and more! I highly recommend this for couples and older children or teens- as the second bedroom has direct pool access and only outside doors. We had a blast with our teens hanging out by the Pool, taking sunset pictures, and watching the birds come by! You owe it to yourself to give this place a try. Stunning views
One of the best rentals we have had in Guanacaste. The view when you arrive takes your breath away. Beautiful villa that is pleasantly private and impeccably kept. Easy access to everything, including the AutoMercado.
