An Amazing experience
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fabulous time staying on this absolutely beautiful property!! We had a chef come to the house which has the perfect kitchen with 6 of us adults watching them cook for us which was an amazing dinner!!
Also, the view of the ocean was spectacular along with the outstanding huge pool over looking the mountains and ocean.
The monkeys were swinging in the trees next to us!!
The house is very clean with beautiful paintings and sculptures all through out the house!!
Lots of space for my adult kids to have their own space!!
I would definitely recommend this property!!

Extremely frustrating.
Probably cost me several hours when very anxious to get checked in.

Amazing Getaway
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our first time to Costa Rica and we loved it! Our family of 10 really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The views are incredible and we loved sitting out on the balconies enjoying coffee and breakfast, watching the town and the bay come to life. The pool is gorgeous and just what you need for a break from the heat - day and night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The Zindis team was very friendly, helped us get settled in, helped to arrange excursions and was quick to resolve any minor issues we had. Would love to come back again!

Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayHouse is amazing, view is possibly the best in the country. This was my first visit to Costa Rica (after traveling the Caribbean) and this house made me a believer! Zindis was amazing to work with and took care of everything we asked of them.
This home is what current and/or retirement dreams are made of! Incredibly happy that we chose this home and had the opportunity to interact with locals and residents!
This is the place! We loved it! Book it now! You won’t regret it! A+++

Nice place but needs some Maintenance
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful property and grounds. The house has plenty of room and is true to description. The problems we experienced were partially due to weather and upkeep.
We noticed the pool was filthy and cloudy with algae during our check-in process. The property manager said they had just had a checkout and would send the pool guy in the morning. After multiple calls to the property manager and visits from the pool cleaners, we could finally swim on our 3rd evening. The pool was one of the main features we looked for in booking and could not use it for 50% of our stay.
It was rainy season so when it rained hard the water would enter the living room and master bedrooms because the weather stripping was worn on the doors. This also allowed the bugs to come in through door seals. The rain popped multiple circuit breakers throughout the stay including the master bedroom air conditioning which did not work well after resetting all the tripped breakers.
There were a few other issues that just needed maintenance and upkeep but I would share those with the owner.
The Zindis concierge was helpful and great to work with, a plus with this property.

Thank you for bringing these items to my attention. In speaking with my property manager they informed me that the rains were intense, therefore overflowing the pool which makes it challenging to keep balanced. Our pool service was out there immediately after your arrival. Also the rains cause multiple power outages throughout all of Costa Rica. The surge protector is meant to trip and will reset 5 minutes after power is turned on. No one should be touching the breakers. I hope you enjoyed our beautiful country. Pura Vida.

The Palms

Everything you could possibly need was supplied. It was a great experience.

What a view
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen you walk into the house, you will be absolutely amazed at the view. The house has everything you need with plenty of room. On occasion howler monkeys would visit the area, actually one woke us up one morning it was so close and so vocal. We recommend Ocotal Beach. Clear and beautiful water. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of control of the jacuzzi. It is on between 5 and 10, and if you want to use it any earlier than 5, you have no control. The staff was helpful. You will enjoy a stay here.
