Nostalgic and simply furnished Alphaus directly on the remote mountain farm. The alpine chalet is ideal for families and is located in an idyllic, quiet place (1,000 m) with a fantastic view, but only 10 minutes from Sarnen train station.

In the primitive, traditional-style hut there is no sanitary facilities (shower, toilet, etc.) nor running water. The rural atmosphere is evidenced by the fountain trough front of the house and the "outhouse". For the necessary comfort the bathroom can be used in the farmhouse next door (about 30m).
Electricity is available throughout the hotel.

The cooking and heated with wood, the fireplace in the cozy Stübli exudes nostalgic mood. On the ground floor there is a double room, upstairs a dormitory for about 8 people. The covered area with fireplace invites you to linger.

In winter, it is sometimes not possible to drive up the steep mountain road to the farm. The landlord will pick up the guests in this case in Sarnen.

The house is expressly not rented for party purposes to youthful groups.

Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 50 CHF (obligatory).
Bed linen: once per person included in the price (compulsory).
Towels: per tenant per object per day (obligatory).

Tourist tax: There is a charge of CHF 1.5 per person per day (mandatory).
