The front desk clerk was lovely. She was kind and assisted me with an earlier check in. The rooms are old. The actual room across from me had a door that didn’t go all the way to the top of the frame (yes really). And there’s no elevator, so if you have any problems lugging your stuff up 12 stairs it’s not the place for you. I wish it was old in a quaint way, but it’s more like the basement bedroom at your cousins house old.

Room very small. Coffee maker was present but no glasses or supplies. Only one garbage container. Will not revisit this property.

Excellent value

The hotel was showing some age with a few broken windows ( not in our room) and the toilet seat needed replacing. No towel bars in bathroom. However the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and any issues we had like getting the TV set up were dealt with immediately The room included a free breakfast however we planned to leave before 8:00am and the staff opened the restaurant an hour early to prepare us a meal, going above and beyond. Would stay here again.

2-night stay. (Friday, Saturday) Mid-July -Pet friendly (it's up to you to keep your pet behaved) -Staff was very respectful, and accommodating if needed -Felt safe -15 min drive to downtown, 7 min drive to shopping mall, and supercenters if needed (Walmart, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, etc) -Tim Hortin and Bus route right in front of the hotel within walking distance to different types of eateries if needed -Rooms were clean Ac works. The rooms were used just for sleeping and going out around the area. It served its purpose, especially accommodating a dog on the trip. I would go back and stay again since my objective is to enjoy the town and surrounding area.

I booked a room with 2 double beds and they tryed to give me a room with one bed. Then when we got the room we booked it was not clean. The bed side table was visibly dirty and a hanger was on the curtain rod.
