In a protected site where nature is preserved, this small adjoining salt worker house was built before 1830. She has been in the family for several generations, she is located in a dead end 250 meters from a place steeped in history, the Château de Suscinio 'Residence of the Dukes of Brittany'. Continuing the dead end, you can reach, by a pedestrian path, "the cove of Suscinio" the large beach about 7 km long, bordered by old salt marshes and an ornithological reserve. The rental includes a ground floor with living room with fireplace, open kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with maximum sleeping for 4 people, possibility of having a cot. The most of this old house is its small enclosed garden with trees, completely independent located at the rear of the house, it will seduce you with its hardiness to the various plantations (fig, vine, oak, walnut, acacia, laurel, hydrangeas, roses ...) on 100 m2.
