Very Nice Apartment

One note is that there is actually only one washroom.

Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayA few friends and I stayed here overnight after a concert. Way cheaper than a hotel, and having a usable full kitchen is a huge plus. The host was very friendly and made sure we had water and tissue. The beds were very comfortable and the fans were a nice touch. We would stay here again!

Basement apartment with one bathroom, not two
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a basement apartment accessed through a gate at the side of the house. Others live above in the main house and this was not indicated in the listing. My son had to go to the front door to ask how to enter because neither the exterior photo nor the entry instructions gave a clear indication that the entrance could only be accessed through a closed gate at the side of the house. The unit has only one bathroom; not two as indicated in the listing. Also, the listing states that the seating area has two queen beds, but that is not possible because there was one couch only in that room. The description is unusually misleading for a VRBO ad, and I would not have booked this rental if I had known these details.

Great for Siast students
