Conveniently Located - The owners are doing a lot to keep the place neat and tidy- new carpet, paint and furnishings, but the surrounding area and lack of fence had us concerned that our vehicle would be broken into.
The bed sheets had make up stains on them- I let the front desk know, but they weren’t worried. Our impression upon our arrival was disappointing, but the room itself was nice.

The only thing I liked about was that it was available in Saskatoon when I was going to be there. Other than that, I would never stay there again, I will sleep in my truck.

the rooms where ok, but the entrance and the lobby needs to be kept clean.
