In the first room I was given the heater was very loud; moved to a second room, that heater was still noisy but could at least sleep. The area around building was super icy, no salt out, slipped, almost fell.

Very comfortable. Clean. Met my needs and I will be back. However, the disinfectant dispenser was empty, hot food was low AND staff was in the office on their cell phones.

The front desk staff was truly amazing. I am in a rough spot and when the hotels.com booking screwed up and we couldn't get help Super 8 went over and above to help me and made sure I was okay.

Rooms were clean, I have talked to many staff and other guests during my stay and everyone was kind and respectful. The only slight inconvenience I had was that there was no enforcement of a quiet hour as I would hear tvs from other room past midnight.
