Staff was not very cooperative not cared about guest service! That’s all I’m going to say! I was turned off enough to never book this hotel again only because of the staff who checked us in!

This was the second time staying here. First time was a great experience. This one, not so much. I felt like the cleaning staff was sloppy. First day was our fault as we put a do not disturb sign. When I called they sent someone up to swap towels. The next day we left early so they can clean the room up fully. The sofa bed wasn’t done. Empty Kleenex pack wasn't replaced and floor was left as is. The thing that ruined this stay though was the noisy guests on our floor. They were yelling and screaming, slamming doors and cabinets, fighting etc. We didn’t bother telling anyone as we didn’t want any confrontations. Maybe it was a series of unfortunate events that piled up. The area is great and it’s very close to circle drive.
