Amazing place
We were there for the usssa baseball tournament. It was only a18 minute drive to the ballpark. The location to the beach was very close just a few minutes drive away. Great relaxing neighborhood. My family loved having a pool at the house. We hope to return!

Great Location, Perfect House
My daughter and I stayed at this house and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The host was very responsive and we appreciated the pool very much. The larger bedroom is the more comfortable bed. I had to switch with my daughter as I am used to a softer bed. The smaller bedroom does not have enough room for a large suitcase but you can either use the other bedroom or the floor in the entry. We will DEFINITELY try to rent the house again when we come back.

Great location
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive to the beach and minutes to Patrick AFB. My family stayed with be for a few nights out of the two weeks - I agree with another reviewer that the house might not be appropriate for very young kids due to the trophies. Maria had an incredible tennis career! We figured out how to keep the 9-month old out of the way of the trophies:) I was disappointed that the beautiful pool was still too "refreshing" to use much. Maria was great regarding communication. I would stay again.

Beautiful and relaxing getaway
We had the best vacation at Maria's house. It is in a lovely neighborhood that is an easy drive to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. The backyard is amazing. Maria is very quick and easy to communicate with - great host. We would stay here again! (Just a heads up - there is only one bike at the house.)

Beautiful home in a convenient location near beaches
We loved our stay here. The living area has lovely light all day. Nice pool and big, fenced in, sunny outdoor space. The location is hard to beat, 10-15 mins from both Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. There is a nice bike path at the end of the street. Property is in a great neighborhood, quiet and well kept. Many beaches within a 5 minute drive, with easy parking and good surf. The house is nicely furnished with a friendly, festive vibe from the multitude of awards from owner's impressive tennis career. The beds are both on the softer side.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very nice, very clean, beautiful backyard and pool area. Got a little difficult with four adults and only one bathroom at times but we managed. Overall it was a great stay.

Perfect for a baseball week!
We were playing at the USSSA baseball facility for 5 days and this was a great property rather than staying at a hotel. 20 minute drive to the fields made it easy to come back between games; pool was perfect for the kids; very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Was not walking distance to the beach but quick drive to beach access parking. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here with the family for kids baseball tournament at Space Coast. Very nice beach house. The pool was definitely utilized. Had a minor issue and property owner responded right away. Would stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

Loved the property. It was very clean and decorated very nice. Pool was clean and clear!! plenty of outdoor seating for hanging out or laying out. only con was the Master bedroom was off limits. Might be able to use it if you ask. Just be aware if you are looking for a 3 bedroom but this property accommodated our family just fine.

We loved staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. The host was accessible and communicative when needed and the house was very clean. The pool was also very a nice bonus. However, there are fragile trophies all over the place and with a small child this only made the stay more difficult and not the best place for families. There was also very limited supplies in the house, no extra paper towels or toilet paper and the soap for the dishes was also empty. Checkin and out was seemless and the home is in a great location for activities!

Overall a positive trip
Overall this is a good property and we had a good time. We noted that there was a camera in the home directly behind the home that aims at the pool this made us uncomfortable as well as the listing stating it sleeps 6, there are only two beds, I assumed the couch’s pulled out -they do not I would state the home sleeps 4 - 2 per bed and a couch does not count as a bed. There are trophies all over the home this caused anxiety for me as I have children. Overall it was very clean and it’s a nice home.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood
This house is located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. It’s very convenient for walking, biking and rollerblading both through the community and on the walking path at the end of street. It’s only a little over 1/2 mile from the beach but not really a walkable 1/2 mile. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and the back yard pool area is beautiful, though there’s very little shade on hot days. It was a bit inconvenient not having access to the bedroom closets but we made do with the living room closet. Maria was a wonderful and responsive host.

Had a room that was locked, no closet space available, both bedrooms had closets but they were both locked. Three cabinets in the kitchen were locked. Host had neighbor watching. Very uncomfortable being watched
