Enjoy this updated, coastal themed 3 bedroom 2 bath home with private pool. The open-concept kitchen/living room boasts a 10' island that seats 8 comfortably. In addition, the counter-height dining table accommodates an additional 6 people. The kitchen features under-cabinet lighting, stone counter tops, and stainless steel appliances and farm sink.

Enjoy relaxing in the living room on the sectional sofa while watching the 55" flat screen television.

There is a separate family room with a queen-sized memory foam sleeper sofa, a 55" flat screen TV, and a game/card/dining table that seats 4.

Each of the 3 queen memory foam/hybrid mattress bedrooms feature under-bed storage and 43" flat screen televisions.

Rinse off in the outdoor shower before relaxing by the inground private pool or enjoy a family meal at the patio dining table.

Baseball Vacation
Property manger was great, very responsive and quick. Inside of house was clean and 100% as advertised. The only real issue we had was the pool. It was not very clean when we got there and it got worse the second day. Was unable to swim for a couple of days. Pool people came out and shocked the pool but it still was not the cleanest. We did what we could to keep it clean so we could swim. All in all we were happy with the property, manager was very responsive, just wish pool would have been clean.

We stayed here during our week long softball tournament. 15-20 minutes from Space. coast complex. 5 minutes from the beach. Pool was great after a hot day at the ballpark. The host was very accommodating. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful Beach Getaway
Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out when you need a breather. There is a tv in every room. The pool is surrounded by a large deck and plenty of chairs and tables for your whole family. The only issue that we had was with the front door lock but the property manager assured us that we were the only renters that had ever had that issue so it's probably user error. We highly recommend this VRBO if you want to stay near the beach.

What a Relaxing Stay.
We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect size for us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The fridge and pantry were spacious and they had every kitchen utensil you could think of. We thoroughly enjoyed the amount of seating and having a table in the back right by the grill so we could all hang out while grilling. The kids loved having their own room with a TV in the second living room. The atmosphere was gorgeous, so inviting and cozy. We were just a quick drive to the beach and close by to stores like Publix and 321 Pizza. The whole space coast vibe in the area is amazing and made it really fun to start our stay off with a rocket launch just 10 miles up the coast. We only have one kind of down thing to say we wish the beds were a bit more comfy and there wasn't a lot of light by the pool to enjoy the pool in the evening. The beds were firm but not terrible. I am glad we brought a few of our own pillows, came in handy to make the bed more comfy. The owner was very helpful and was very responsive when we had questions. We will stay here again in the future. We loved this house and will be recommending it to all our family and friends.

1st stay with vrbo
We arrived in Florida for AAG softball tournament when the time came in to check in we were notified by the host that the cleaning crew were still inside and it would be some additional time but if we wanted to go drop off our belongings we could. I didn’t feel comfortable with our belongings to be left with strangers so we opted to wait. Upon entry that night it seemed hot but the ac was set to 74. The next day we went to games and came back to a hot home. We notified the host he said he would correct it that it was a smart system. Next day we had the same issue. He stated he would call a technician. On our second to last day of the stay it was resolved. The home seemed to be heavily monitored and smart which kind of gave a creepy vibe that was made worse with certain doors in the home and the pool house locked without access. When we arrived the bed in the master had hair and the sheets seemed dirty so we purchased our own bedding and washed the sheets since that’s left on the instruction manual left with the house chores. Our master bed was also the most uncomfortable in the home. The tv in the master was fuzzy and outdated. Over all it was a home away from home and we won gold. The neighborhood was shocking. A lot of yards including ours were overgrown with junk. We also had dishes left in our dishwasher when we arrived that we picked up to be kind. We left it better than we found it and for the price of the rental in my opinion it did not match the home.

Amazing House
We stayed here for a baseball tournament in Viera. The house was beautifully decorated and very home like. It was so nice to have a pool available for a dip after a long, hot day at the ball fields. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was beautiful and the towels were soft and high quality. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in an instant!

The home is in an older neighborhood but has been remodeled and is well appointed. Very bright and cheerful. Perfect for our family. The children loved the TV room, pool, and beach toys. Comfortable seating in the livingroom. Bill was a very responsive host.

Clean, quiet, and convenient
This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood but want to be close enough to enjoy some sight seeing. There are beaches a couple blocks away. We went north about 30 minutes to cocoa beach pier. Disney and Kennedy space center were about an hour or so drive. Bill was great, quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The house is well furnished with everything; extra linens, pool items, kitchen utensils, and even some snacks in a beautiful welcome basket. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you Bill!

Awesome updated family friendly rental near the beach!
We loved this house. It was clearly well cared for. I really appreciated the abundance of linens and brand new washer/dryer (we have 2 kids). The pool was also amazing - lots of chairs to comfortably watch or join in to swim. The kitchen had everything you would need and there were plenty of games to play too. We would definitely go back. Satellite beach is very chill - not pretentious or stuffy. Lots of restaurants and Publix nearby. We had a blast.

The house was very nice, well decorated & had everything we needed. Lots of space! The pool area was really nice with lots of seating, but we didn't get to enjoy it like we were looking forward to because the pool was too cold to swim! There were a couple inflatables so we at least were able to get in those & enjoy being partially in pool on our hot days. We had requested pool be heated knowing we would have to pay daily fee but after we were there 2 days Bill called & said he thought heater was probably broken. He didn't charge us the heater fee, but was still frustrating b/c we chose this home based on having a heated pool. Prior to check in communication with Bill was poor. He did respond promptly a couple times, but when not hearing back on vrbo for a few days a couple different times, we tried to contact him by phone but voicemailbox was full so then contacted him by text & still didn't hear back. I finally got in contact with him by phone day before checkin. The housekeeper was still cleaning when we went to the house at 4. She said we could come in but she didn't finish until 5. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach & everything you need for beach is included-beach towels, beach umbrella, cooler. We enjoyed riding the 3 bikes provided around the neighborhood too. The beds are very comfortable! This might be the most well stocked, nicely decorated home we've ever stayed at so would definitely recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed the home and easy access to the local beaches. It was the perfect location for our family. The house was very well equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation. Been going to florida for about 25years.this home did not disserpionte.the home was big enough for 7 and very well stocked.the pool was a great size and warm with heating on.the garage was full goody's like cool box's chairs for the beach and bikes,toys for the pool their is a great bbq to use, mes to bill he replied straight away ,over all really nice home.

Winter Getaway
Stayed 2 weeks during February. The house was very nice, clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It was in a very quiet neighbor. Nothing really within walking distance, but a lot of restaurants and shopping a short drive south. Within walking distant of beautiful beaches. Paid extra for the heated pool but took about 6 days to get up to temperature that you even get in for a short while. Would recommend it to someone wanting the Atlantic coast area.

I will stay here every time I visit.
Loved everything about this property. Adorable place, had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Short walk or bike ride to the beach or hang out at the pool with complete privacy. Saw a satellite launch, saw manatees in the canals. The highway and AFB are close but surprisingly it was not noisy. You will occasionally have an aircraft fly over and you will hear revelry in the evenings if you are outside. I will rent again next year for sure!!

I wish it were possible to put up more than five stars. The property is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The hosts were fantastic and did an excellent job of communication during our stay. If you are looking for an easy experience this is it. Close to beach and restaurants. Just can’t say enough about how impressed we were.
