Wonderful stay in Saugatuck.

Accommodations were very adequate for our needs. The only thing from preventing us from giving it a perfect rating is the musty smell that overwhelmed the room.

Very Clean, reminds me of the old time motels.
Nothing elaborate, but very efficient. Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with one exception. It would have been nice if the breakfast had been earlier. I left the property to get coffee as there was none provided in the room

Thank you for the feedback. Hotels.com does list under the "Property Amenities, Food and Drink", that we offer the continental breakfast from 8 am to 10 am. Coffee makers are not an item that we have stocked in rooms. This is due to the fact that they are an item that needs to be more than wiped down after someone uses it. We do have coffee makers upon request if you would like one (we do not supply coffee for them). Again, thank you for the feedback.

What I liked was the ease of checking in & Crystal was very nice , very clean and close to both towns Saugatuck and Douglas .
The price was very reasonable and a very good complementary breakfast , nice choices to chose from .
What I did not like was no Do Not Disturb signs . I do not like having house
keeping entering my room especially since we were only there for 2 nights .
They came in after the first night to empty 2 waste baskets , totally not needed .
If you're okay with that I would recommend if you didn't mind not being in the downtown area .
That being said I will stay somewhere else next time .

Thank you for the feedback.Expedia has listed under "Property Amenities, Guest Services", that our housekeeping is done daily. It is also in emails that are sent to you. Keeping up on housekeeping everyday helps us maintain the rooms easier and come across problems faster. I am sorry to hear that you will not be staying at our location in a future stay. If you do decide to change your mind, please inform us when you check in that you will not be needing any housekeeping services. Again, thank you for the review.

We had a wedding a to attend less than a mile from Captain's Quarters. The location worked out perfectly for us as we were in and out all weekend with festivities. We were welcomed by a wonderful staff; room was very neat and tidy and the simple breakfast was icing on the cake. We will definitely return if we head that way again.

Great location, clean & comfortable.

Room was basic but clean & comfortable. Breakfast is quite basic but adequate. Not a fan of the disposable plates, bowls & cutlery.

A good place to stay a night or two
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI booked this place because it was reasonably priced for the area and didn't require hauling luggage up stairs for just one night. The room was very basic and a little bit oddly laid out, but it was clean and adequate for one night. I missed a coffee machine in the room. I didn't go to breakfast, but my traveling companion did and she found it acceptable.
