Beautiful sunsets and house
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayTracey went the extra mile with a personalized gift basket with age appropriate gifts from local vendors. The house was very clean with a great yard. The hot tub was wonderful. We could get a hold of her anytime. She takes great care of her property and has everything you need.

Absolutely incredible!
Publié le 11 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayJust driving up the driveway to this incredible vacation home i knew we were going to have the perfect getaway. The location is ideal, with a view of Lake Huron from the front porch and coveniently situated between Port Elgin and Southampton.
The house is spacious, immaculate and has all the amenities you could ask for, and then some! The outdoor extras are icing on the cake....beautiful grounds, hot tub, bbq, hammock, 2 outdoor dining areas, games to play. Just an amazing place to stay.
Tracey is a fantastic host who thoughtfully considers all the little extra touches to make her guest's stay extra special. Thanks very much!

Family vacation for a special 70th birthday

The gift basket was so appreciated and the commercial level coffee maker with locally sourced coffee was amazing! The home is so lovingly decorated and luxurious. Towels and linens were top quality. The location with the waterview sunsets was spectacular and the backyard garden and flowers were gorgeous. It was hard to decide which lovely spot to relax in! The large hot tub was a bonus. Loved the easy access to the waterfront hiking trail and the beaches. Altogether a great stay! Thanks, Tracey!!

Southampton Gem

The location was perfect, the house was well appointed, clean, very comfortable , not lacking for anything. The backyard was beautiful and perfect for the dogs. The hot tub was a huge hit. Tracey responded immediately to every inquiry . I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Wonderful vacation

Layout of the house was very good with privacy for everyone and the flow to all outdoor spaces and accessibility was great. Had our own little beach right in front which was a life saver due to the fact we had 2 dogs and a baby so it was very convenient not having to look for dog friendly beaches. Close to Port Elgin and Southampton so on the cloudier days, we explored them as well and one day we took a ride to Lions head and did the Bruce Trail there. Very convenient to explore the surrounding sites. House was fully stocked with everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely go back.

Amazing Stay

Beautiful location on Lake Huron
Publié le 28 août 2020 sur HomeAwayMy friends and I had an amazing week staying at Tracey's house/cottage on Lake Huron! the place was just as advertised, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully appointed and spacious, there were really comfortable beds in each of the bedrooms, and great details like the large back yard and fantastic hot-tub for a relaxing soak at the end of each day. The view from the front yard to watch the beautiful sunsets was worth the price alone. The beaches in the area (in Southampton and Port Elgin) are very nice and sandy, and the water in Lake Huron is incredibly clear and blue (not like in Lake Ontario) - similar to being on a tropical beach. Southampton is a particularly quaint small beach town, and it felt like we were somewhere in Cape Cod the entire time we were there. I have no problem recommending Tracey's place as a perfect vacation location!
