Says it sleeps 3, but the couch is not a pull out and there is no extra bedding/sheets. 3 towels, one washcloth, 1 hand towel for 3 people for 3 nights. It was in the 30’s every night and we had no heat until after midnight on our last night. Kitchen had broken drawer, no bottle opener, no spatula, no wine opener.
Street noise is very loud, as is the train that goes by several times at night.
You can walk to restaurants and shopping, that’s the best thing about this VRBO. Owner doesn’t live there and can’t fix anything.

Great apartment in the village of Saugerties. Location is ideal and the unit is great for a couple. It was a little rough and ready on the stairs to enter and the bathroom is very small. Would caution anyone who is super tall or who has difficulty with stairs. The den area overlooks Partition St and the location is ideal for walking to restaurants, bars and shopping as well as local site. I would definitely recommend.

An Autumn Getaway!
Posted Oct. 16, 2023 on HomeAwayWe appreciated a number of things about the apartment: its location, covered parking, short walk to restaurants, neat and clean with plenty of towels, kitchen goods, etc. Our one suggestion is a small table with a couple of chairs for dining purposes. However, all in all it was a great place to rest from daily hikes to Huckleberry Point, Kaaterskill Falls, and the Saugerties Lighthouse!

Posted Aug. 23, 2023 on HomeAwayOverall a nice place to stay in the middle of Saugerties. Easy to walk to coffee, breakfast, dinner. Enjoyed seeing Falling Waters, the Lighthouse, Opus 40, and kicking back at the Partition. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Bathroom space tight.
