Since thay removed the carpetry, it looka alot nicer and is easier to clean; it is very noisy. I was is a room fir handicapped people, but the hairdryer and the shower head were very high up and out of reach.

Clean up behind the front desk and on the lobby area. Blankets thrown on the furniture says that the furniture is dirty. Very nice front staff personnel.

Facilities were a bit tired. Very clean. Continental breakfast was standard fare. Bed seemed a bit soft.

Taking care of me like family

I was travelling by myself, a woman and my early 50s. I became very sick in the morning after I stayed. I was unable to get myself to my vehicle and had to call the front desk to tell them I would be calling for an ambulance. The girl at the desk who was a manager Said if you want, I will come and sit with you until They come to pick you up. I asked her to do that, and I cannot even begin to tell you how safe I felt that someone thought enough of me to treat me like their own family. She gathered my things and had me ready to go when the ambulance arrived, I was vomiting profusely, and was unable to think clearly. she did the thinking for me and as the ambulance arrived, I felt very safe and well taken care of. I have never been sick on a trip before and had never thought about not being able to help myself. I am glad that I was at the Americas Best and I was blessed to have her take care of me while the ambulance came. It made my family back at home. Very reassured. I would be OK. They took care of my things while I was gone and I will never be able to thank them Enough. I think the girls name was Stacey, but she was definitely a manager. Thank you, Stacy for taking care of me when I couldn’t. God bless you.

Clean and simple

Clean and simple. We have stayed here before and it is always clean. The staff are nice. The breakfast in the mornings is simple, but overall the hotel was perfect.
