Bedroom and bath were spotlessly clean. Bed and bath linens very nice. Puffy pillows. Freshly painted walls. Basic amenities provided in the room ( bar fridge, coffee maker, mirror, hangers). However, the property needs a face lift. Doors, vanity & baseboards need to be replaced - all in run down condition. We stayed in unit 11 and it smelled musty. Hotels/ motels in SSM are expensive but paying 156.00 for this place was too much. We would not stay here again. Motel is in a good location … lots of restaurant choices nearby as well as gas stations and Tim’s and Starbucks.

Pleasantly surprised

People were sitting outside rooms smoking, drinking and it appeared they may live there. However...we were extremely pleased with our stay. The rooms (although not fancy) were exceptionally clean (and i really looked). The beds, pillows, linens and towels were very comfortable. Shower was excellent. We did not hear a peep from any neighbours. Overall fantastic!
